TRYOUT REGISTRATION

The 2022 - 2023 season officially begins after teams selections are completed in June and runs through April 2023.  

We strongly recommend registering for tryouts by clicking on the registration link above ahead of time.  All players must register online prior to taking the field for tryouts to be in our system for the team selection process.   

There is a one-time $10 tryout registration fee.  

No player will be allowed to tryout without going through the registration process and completing online registration.

COMPETITIVE PROGRAM COSTS

CLUB FEES:
Club Fees are due at the time of registration.  Club fees cover the cost of coaches, fields,  league fees, and player registration.  

Payments can be made by credit card or by check.  Two installment payment plans are available.  The club will also work with  families that need financial aid.

TEAM FEES:  
Team fees are a separate cost and are not included in the Club Fees.  Team fees are agreed upon at a team level and cover costs for tournaments, team events, coach travel costs, and so on.  

A deposit of team fees will be due by July 1st.  The balance of teams fees are due at the Introductory Team Meeting.  Meetings will be scheduled in early August.  

UNIFORM COSTS:
Magic uniform requirements consist of training uniforms and game uniforms.  The club is on a three-year uniform cycle. Uniform sizing and ordering will occur in the beginning of the season.  However, a player can purchase replacement uniforms at any time.  This cost is separate from club and team fees. 

TRYOUT REGISTRATION: Tryout registration is open and available online until the night before the final session.  All players must complete the registration form in order to be in the system for offer communication and team selection. There are no walk-up registrations.


TRYOUT SESSIONS: Traditionally, player field evaluation will occur during the tryout sessions.  
There will be three, possibly four sessions for the 2015 and younger birth years.  
There will be three sessions for 2014 and older birth years.  

INVITATION PROCESS: Invitations are sent in small groups for efficiency.  Invitations go out within 24, 48, 72, 96, hours and so on.  The time of the invitations depends on the timing of replies or elapsed time on invitations before we send the next invitations.

TEAM SELECTED:   Our staff strives to notify ALL players as soon as possible of their placement.  Our goal is to have the entire process completed within 14 days of the first session.
